Prizeli is operated by DNIT BV, VAT BE 1012.502.529. Customer questions can be sent to support@prizeli.com.

• Prizeli products are made from customer-provided photos, prompts, selected products, and approved previews.
• You are responsible for having the rights and permission to use uploaded photos, names, text, and other creative input.
• The preview is intended to help you check the product before payment. Small differences in print placement, color, material, or screen display can occur.
• We may refuse or cancel requests that are illegal, abusive, infringe third-party rights, or cannot be produced safely by our fulfillment partner.

• Prices are shown in the checkout flow before payment.
• VAT is calculated during checkout through Stripe Tax where applicable.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Prizeli does not receive or store full card details.
• An order is only treated as paid after Stripe confirms the payment to our backend.

• After payment, the selected artwork and shipping details are sent to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner for production and shipment.
• Delivery estimates are indications, not guarantees, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• If production has not started yet, contact us quickly and we will try to stop or amend the order. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.

Many Prizeli items are clearly personalized or made to the customer's specifications. Where that legal exception applies, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights if a product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.

• You should keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We can pause or limit access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or provider outages.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including payment, hosting, fulfillment, carrier, or AI provider outages.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain available where applicable.
