Returns and Guarantee

Prizeli products are typically made to order from your uploaded photo, creative prompt, chosen product, and approved preview. For clearly personalized or tailor-made goods, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may be excluded under consumer law.

If an item is not personalized and a withdrawal right applies, contact us within 14 days after delivery. We will explain the return address, timing, and refund process.

• Email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel before production starts.
• Use your order number, account email, delivery date if already delivered, and a short statement that you want to cancel or withdraw where legally available.
• Send requests to support@prizeli.com. We will confirm whether production has started and whether the withdrawal right applies to that order.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact support@prizeli.com with your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the issue. We will assess repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy under the legal guarantee.

• For accepted defect or wrong-item cases, we will explain the remedy and any return process before you ship anything back.
• For eligible non-defect withdrawal returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
• Refunds are normally made to the original payment method after the return is accepted or the issue is resolved.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. General EU consumer-redress information remains available from the European Commission and national consumer authorities.
